apartments quite big, nicely decorated with most necessary kitchen appliances, quiet area close to the beach and the reception, car park and its supervision during the day, close to the shops/restaurants and the town centre.in real the apartment looked better than in the photos - nice surprise

the apartment was supposed to be 2+2 but the sofa in the living room does not unfold making it impossible to accommodate 4 poeple. our group consisted of 3 adults and 1 child so we didnt need that extra space on the sofa but still we were charged for 4 people even though it said children are for free and the sofa not working. there was no kettle in the kitchen. bathroom - the shower didnt work properly (sewage blocked a bit) and the hair dryer - cord pulled out of the appliance, which is not particurarly safe to use. cleaning services: the rooms and the bathromm well cleaned on arrival but then only toilet paper supplied and the towels changed once during a 6 day stay. no cleanning provided which would be advisable.

The location was superb, just a short walk from the beach surrounded by blooming nature. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a playground and plenty of free parking spaces. The rooms were modern, spacious, and had separate air conditioning units in both rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating; they even helped return a lost item!

Quiet location in a wide ground with enough car parking facilities, good to relax,but facilities for wifi (internet) only in the lobby of hotel bellevue( 300 m away) but free of charge. Every day a house lady take the waste from the appartment and every three days she change the towels in the bathroom. The air conditon costs 6€/day additional. There was a big balcony on east side (sunny in the morning App zora No- 54) but not umbrella. The shop was not near the appartment ( 700 m)the beach near hotel bellvue is okthe room size is ok for htree persons. The tv offers german tv .

Without car the distance to hotel medulin (if you want to take dinner and breakfast ther) I more than 600 meters. The shop to buy somew items for cooking "konzum" is more than 1 km.

We enjoyed the free use of the pool and the well-equipped kitchen in our apartment. The towels were changed regularly, and the heating kept the apartment warm during the cold weather.

The noise from other guests was quite disturbing, especially at night. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the adjoining apartments.

The beach was within walking distance, which was convenient for us. The room had a comfortable bed and a functioning shower.

The kitchen area was not properly equipped and there was no WiFi available. The cleaning personnel were not thorough and there were insects in the room.
